Our Story
VisaAssistantAE did not start as a business idea. It started as a pain we witnessed, felt, and lived through.
During the COVID period and even after it ended, we saw people struggle with constantly changing rules
— visas, entry requirements, accommodation proof, finances, and essential compliance in the UAE. Friends, families, and colleagues arrived with hope, only to face unexpected problems because critical information was unclear or unavailable.
Many were delayed, denied entry, or sent back — not due to wrongdoing, but due to lack of transparent guidance. We witnessed these challenges within our own community and experienced the confusion firsthand.
